This is not a Krita issue. If Dolphin and Krusader show thumbnails, then they
use the kimageio plugins correctly; if Digikam doesn't show them, then it is a
Digikam problem. Please report the problem to Digikam and don't re-use ten year
old bug reports for this: everything in the history of this report is
irrelevant.
