SUMMARY
When using Krita neutral color scheme, the welcome screen has some inconsistent
colors -
1) Recent Document section scroll bar is still dark
2) The icons are inactive at this stage , and due to that they are same gray as
background making them invisible, see tool box and top undo and redo icons
3) The background of the new section is still black
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita, but don't Open any document
2. Change the Krita user interface theme to Krita Neutral, from Settings >
Themes > Krita Neutral
