SUMMARY
Not able to move the devices to rearrange their order
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click and drag device up or down.
2. Unclick after moving device.
OBSERVED RESULT
Device is not rearranged.
EXPECTED RESULT
should be able to drag and move device.
