"Advanced permissions" window after upgrade to frameworks 5.62
SUMMARY
Now bug 407662 is fixed. The phabricator page to its fix has a screenshot that
shows an icon to "Others", but I do not see such icon on my system after
upgrade to frameworks 5.62. See the attached screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right click on any folder, select "Properties"
3. select "Permissions" tab, click on "Advanced permissions" button
OBSERVED RESULT
"Others" has no icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Others" has an icon, as we can see in the following screenshot from
phabricator
