Hi, Carina!

This bug is caused by hardware bug in AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPUs. Its hardware
random generator does not work, therefore Krita generates the same swap file
name every time and (since the file may exist after previous runs) fails to
open it. We have a workaround for it, but it will be released only in Krita
4.2.7 in October.

For now you have two options:

1) Either use nightly Krita builds from here, they have a workaround for AMD
CPUs: 

https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/

2) Or before running Krita, check the contents of this folder:

C:/Users/Carina Sasmita/AppData/Local/Temp

And remove all the files starting with "KRITA_SWAP_FILE_". It will eliminate
the problem until the next Krita crash or non-graceful shutdown of the
operating system.
