Environment :

OS : Kubuntu 15
Kdevelop Version : 4.90.92

When a user includes double quote (") in the filename while saving a file, save
button does not work. Also if the user tries to rename a file with double quote
(") in it, save button does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new file
2. Goto file and click on save option
3. In the name field, write a filename with double quote (") in it. Eg.
test/"abc.cpp
4. Try to save the file by clicking on the Save button

Actual Results:  
Save button does not response.

Expected Results:  
Kdevelop should save the file with double quote in the name.
