STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure "Open popup when new device is plugged in" option is checked in
device notifier settings
2. press ctrl+alt+del to open the logout screen
3. connect a removable device to usb port or insert a cd/dvd/bd
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, device notifier overlaps the logout
screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
device notifier does not overlap the logout screen.
