Create a new blank document in Krita. 2. Open an image file as a file layer. 3. Click the folder icon of the file layer in the layer docker to open the file layer in a new tab/subwindow. 4. Close the file layer tab/subwindow. OBSERVED RESULT All tools have no effect in the original document. Freehand brush tool outline fails to follow mouse movements. Rotating, zooming, panning with the trackpad does not affect the canvas. EXPECTED RESULT Canvas responds to tools and trackpad. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS macOS: 10.14.6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Canvas-only view mode does not fix the problem. Switching to a different application fixes the problem.
