Tab dragging doesn't really do anything except reorder tabs. It would be nice
to, at a minimum be able to drag out a tab to make a new window. For even
better functionality you could have something like tilix where tabs themselves
can be tiled, instead of having completely separate split-pane functionality,
which is unintuitive and inconvenient IMO.
