This isn't resolved. I went ahead and updated as well, as adding in my timer,
thinking it solved one but not the main problem, which was the IPS_BUSY being
generated by kstars (and not showing up in wireshark logs)
I was unfortunately right. :(
I added it in, and also added the timer, with a message, and on my tests
tonight, so far at least 2/9 have shown the issue.
Until the spurious IPS_BUSY status is located/suppressed dealt with, I'd
suggest adding the timer, to make it usable.
