STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > Startup and shutdown
2. click on "Autostart" section
3. switch to "Login screen (SDDM)" section
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screen recording, "You will be asked to
authenticate before saving" takes a few milliseconds to appear below "Login
Screen (SDDM)" header.
EXPECTED RESULT
"You will be asked to authenticate before saving" is always immediately shown
when you switch to "Login screen (SDDM)" section.
