SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Active drag/restore window" in the panel settings
2. Open up the network menu or any other panel plasmoid popover.
3. Double click on empty space in the panel.
4. Drag on empty space in the panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The popover plasmoid is getting treated like a normal window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The plasmoid should get dismissed when the user clicks on empty space in the
panel.
