SUMMARY
Global menu is added to latte. In this case latte is configured as a
monitorwide bar on top and on bottom as dock. The global menu is in the top
bar.
Etries are not shown when applications (here dolphin and falkon) are
autostarted at boot. (fullscreen)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start computer
2. e.g. dolphin is started automatically
OBSERVED RESULT
global menu entries are missing
EXPECTED RESULT
global menu: "file", "edit" and so should be shown
