SUMMARY
Telegram Desktop does not close itself when you click on close button but
minimizes to tray, but dock thinks that it is closed and when you click on the
icon it launches a new instance.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Latte-dock
2. Install telegram-desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
New instance of telegram is being created.
EXPECTED RESULT
The existing instance of telegram get's opened.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.2.0/5.14.5
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Qt Version: 5.11.3
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Running on ParrotOS (Debian derivative).
