To complete your report, I understand you need a zip file named as the file it
contains with a .zip added at its end.

The behavior you noticed is normal in all POSIX/Linux/Unix systems : folders
are considered as files, just of a special kind. And you cannot have files that
have the same name in the same folder.

In your use case, you'd probably rather use "Extract zip file" action, that
will extract the file in the folder containing the zip file, which seems to be
what you meant to do.

The "Extract a zip file, autodetect folder" extract the zip content in a new
folder unless the archive contained a single folder.
