Due to time reasons, actually I can't update to UBUNTU 19 and in general, I prefer the LTS-versions. If there is another chance to renew Plasma or Frameworks or whatever is responsible for the issue, please let me know. Using VirtualBox, I checked two more actual systems; also with these the clocks are moving: VirtualBox --> kUBUNTUneon, showing the following system-information: Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS (Bionic Beaver) KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0 Qt Version: 5.12.3 Kernel Version: 4.15.0-55-generic VirtualBox --> MANJARO system having: Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0 Qt Version: 5.13.0 Kernel Version: 4.19.60-1-MANJARO Please let me know, if I could check or change anything else.
