I think we should have an option to disable all desktop effects, and not just
the compositor like was possible in KDE 4. This is a problem because it's not
possible to just disable compositor in Wayland, resulting in slightly more
input lag for games in Wayland sessions because of the unnecessary desktop
effect rendering going on.
