That depends on the icon theme. With Breeze and Oxygen I get 256 pixels as
maximum allowed size.
I found there is a bug that when the icon theme specifies no sizes, the dialog
doesn't allow choosing any size, but there's no hardcoded limit of 64 in the
settings module.
