SUMMARY
Unless Latte Dock is being used, Plasma, by default, is unable to open new
instance of an application with a keyboard shortcuts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
While I'm using Latte Dock on my laptop with Intel iGPU, my gaming desktop has
NVIDIA GPU and Latte Dock glitches out after waking up from sleep, hence why I
don't use it on my desktop.
