Current behaviour for search filter

SUMMARY
When you search/filter the system settings (in icon view), the icons for the
non-matching settings modules are disabled (shown as non-clickable grey icons).
But the corresponding submodule icons, shown in the pop-up which appears when
you hover over the icons, are not filtered, i.e., they are shown in full
colour.

Sometimes it’s difficult to know *which* submodule the search results refer to.
Having the icons for non-matching submodules being shown in grey would be very
useful in this case. I’ll attach a couple of screenshots showing what I mean.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings.
2. Change to icon view if necessary.
3. Type ‘edge’ into the search field.
4. Hover over the ‘Desktop Behavior’ icon.

OBSERVED RESULT
A pop-up with icons and text for all the (7) ‘Desktop Behavior’ sub-modules are
shown in full colour.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the icons for the matching submodules, ‘Screen Edges’ and ‘Touch Screen’,
should be shown in colour; the rest should be greyed out.
