I highly doubt it has anything to do with the language and the particular software being translated. I reproduced the bug with the Free IPA files, see the attachment. The steps are: open the translating project which contains both the directories and standalone files in the project root directory; open one of the standalone files, make some changes and save, after that the tree disappears, leaving only standalone files. > Are you sure you are not filtering files fully translated either ?
