Looks like my duping was incorrect, sorry.
As Marco said, this issue may not be really resolvable without rewriting all of
System Settings and KCMshell due to the hybrid QWidgets/QML architecture.
Moving it to frameworks-kcmutils anyway just in case where's something we can
do about it.
