[krita] [Bug 409322] 4.2.2 Suddenly it was impossible to create new files or open them. When operating these times, the form did not respond and flipped back. There are also brush renames that cannot be entered into Chinese.

Hi,

I'm afraid that I haven't got enough information to figure out what the issue
is. 
* Do you have an example of a file that Krita 4.2.2 cannot open? 
* Could perhaps attach the krita.log file that you can find in the local
appdata folder
* Maybe you could make a screen recording so we can see what's up?
