Same problem as "Bug 359197" but on a Yiynova msp19u+ tablet and it happens
every time. I also have a wacom intuos 4 that doesn't have this problem. This
happens in the 3.0 and I don't understand the help provided for "Bug 359197..."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tablet is plugged in
2. Open Krita 3.0
3. Make stroke
Actual Results:
Starts out with full pressure dot then the stroke continues as normal
Expected Results:
No initial dot
