SUMMARY
When kickoff is on vertical panel tabs are dislocated and the first one is not
quite visible. Once a tab is changed they're getting located properly
everything is fine for the lifetime of plasmashell (i.e. ideally until logout).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add panel and pace it on left/right screen edge in order to make it
vertical.
2. Add "Application Launcher" (kickoff) on it.
3. Open the application launcher
4. Change tabs
5. Close the launcher and open it again.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tabs are dislocated until first change. See the attached file (also available
