Bug ID: 408621 Summary: [FEATURE] Add another behavior when switching from a grouped active application to another Product: lattedock Version: 0.8.8 Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: application Assignee: mvourla...@gmail.com Reporter: sanchez.gu...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 120824 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=120824&action=edit KWin task switcher configuration This is a copy of 407144, but since then I started using Latte Dock and I have configured it to behave as I want using middle click settings. In this way, we could have the same behavior for both Task Switcher and Latte Dock when switching apps. If you configure Latte Dock Middle Click (or Ctrl + left click) behavior to Cycle Through Tasks, whenever I click a group of windows the first thing it does is to bring up the last used window of the application and then it starts cycling. I don't know if it would be possible to make it work like this: 1. When the user left clicks an icon of an application that is not focused, Latte Dock should change to the last active window of the application (whether the application has one or more windows). 2. When the user left clicks an icon of an application that has many windows and that is focused, Latte Dock should show all windows. If the application only has one window, it could be minimized or just do nothing when clicked. Could it be configurable? In that way, the dock works the same way as the Alt-Tab of KWin task switcher when configured as in the screenshot.
