SUMMARY
Thumbnails of splash screens are missing in "System Settings > Startup and
shutdown > Boot Splash"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to "Startup and Shutdown > Boot Splash"
OBSERVED RESULT
Splash screen thumbnails are broken or with missing images. There is irrelevant
text floating around (see screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
Correct splash screen thumbnails and aligned text
