--- Comment #18 from awf_ul <awf...@charter.net> --- The KWorld ATSC 115 (PCI ID 17de:7352) board works without fail on the Fedora 29 4.18.16-300 kernel under an up to date Fedora 30 environment. It fails continuously under the current Fedora 30 5.1.6-300 kernel under the same conditions. I have attached the dmesgs from each kernel, as well as the lspci -vvv. If I may add; under the 5.1.x kernels, the board did work maybe one in twenty times, just once. And only after I tried multiple multiple dtv applications.
