My previous report on this seems to have vanished so reporting again.

When using my Wacom stylus button set as Right click to open the Popup Palette,
the palette will close on button release, unless I'm clicking it especially
fast.
If I hold the button down and move the stylus the palette will randomly jump
around following it, and sometimes close and reopen as well.
It does not happen with the house.
