STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add Notes widget to plasma panel
2. click on the newly added widget
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma panel breaks and plasma needs to be restarted.
Compare the attached screenshots please.
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma panel does not break
