As requested on IRC:
Among the new files in krita 4.2.0:
- Some are LGPL-2.1-only (gamutmask_plugin, KisGamutMaskChooser, logdocker)
- Some are GPL-3-or-later (in the plugin_importer)
and a few new BSD-2-Clause files.
A couple new files also don't have any license header at all.
In the previous versions, krita used these licenses:
- GPL-2.0-or-later
- LGPL-2.0-or-later
- LGPL-2.1-or-later
- CC0
