After updating from 5.15.4 to 5.15.5, i was unable to download and install a
look and feel theme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the System Settings
2. Click on Workspace Theme
3. Then under Look and Feel click on Get New Look and Feel Themes...
4. Try install any theme
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme was not showing up. The downloaded file was in the /tmp directory, so
i tried to manually unpack it to ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel. After
that it showed up in the list, but when I tried to apply it, nothing happened.
EXPECTED RESULT
The theme should show up in the list and it should apply correctly.
