KRandom::random was recently changed to use qrand and qsrand, but the call to
rand in the return statement was apparently missed
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start e.g. kshisen
2. quit kshisen
3. start kshisen again
Actual Results:
1. and 3. brings up the same inital board
Expected Results:
initial board should be different on each start
