I have the same issue with keyboard shortcuts not working. Custom shortcuts,
print screen. The ALT-Spacebar shortcut works.
If I open Settings->Shortcuts->Custom Shortcuts, the custom shortcuts will work
momentarily but will then stop working again following an as yet undetermined
cause.
Switching back to an already open Custom Shortcuts window does not get the
shortcuts working again.
Fully closing the Settings window and re-opening it again and heading to Custom
Shortcuts will get the shortcuts working again, albeit momentarily.
