I have the same issue with a fresh install of Kubuntu 16.04. I had the same
problem with another Computer running 15.10. It worked fine on 14.04.
When selecting "Folder Properties", under the maintenance tab, "Still not
indexed" is being displayed. I also can't search my mails anymore using
krunner.
