Neon Dev unstable with latest updates.
1. run `kcmshell5 kcm_pulseaudio`, or try to navigate to that KCM using a GUI
tool (System Settings, the widget's settings window, etc)
2. Whatever was trying to launch it crashes, This can include plasmashell, if
going through the widget's settings window!
The console log says the following:
GLib-GIO-ERROR **: 13:34:05.719: Settings schema
'org.freedesktop.pulseaudio.module-group' is not installed
