SUMMARY
I am using KDE on Fedora 30 with up to date packages. Scrolling with the mouse
middle button is very slow. My touchpad works, but two-finger scroll does not
work. I cannot reconfigure in the system settings dialog, see screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to plasmashell
2. go to sleep
3. wake up
