SUMMARY
When I open the settings window for the first time, it looks like what we can
see in the attached screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kmail
2. open "Settings" menu > "Configure kmail..."
3.
EXPECTED RESULT
default window size is better adjusted
