When selecting an icon theme for KDE (System Settings -> Icons), many of the
available icon themes lack icons for some mimetypes or applications. Would be
nice if it could have an option to get a fallback theme, such that when the
selected theme doesn't have an icon for a file that is to be displayed, it
would try to use an icon from the fallback theme if available.
