Blank Rating section
SUMMARY
I would like to use Kphotoalbum on Ubuntu 18.04.
In the Annotations Windows, the Ratings section is blank so that I cannot rate
photos. Please see attached screenshot.
This is the same whether I compile from source, or use the version from the
ubuntu packages.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on icon
2. Select Annotate Individual Items
OBSERVED RESULT
Rating: is blank and cannot be set
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 18.04
