Either we completely miss the crossing event on the second konsole or we run into some funny race - FF would see FocusIn after Konsole and was not removed from should_get_focus when konsole got the focus. Latter seems weird, so what might happen is that FF/GVim performs a "brief" sync mouse grab on enter or focus events? (If it was gtk3, I'd blame the touch/whell mess, but that looks like gtk2) Is it important that the window you come from is another konsole instance/window? Can you trigger this "kwrite -> firefox/gvim -> konsole"?
