That's unpredictable magic behaviour. Especially on Linux where one tends to
use partitions more.
This is one of the cases where explicit trumps implicit especially for
something so critical as file moving. KDE isn't in the business of making a 1:1
Windows clone.
IMHO even as an option it's a step in the wrong direction and this should not
be implemented.
