paste not working
SUMMARY
When I copy anything on any program, I am unable to paste what I copied whether
it's with CTRL+V or the paste option on the right click menu
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy text to clipboard
2. Paste content from the clipboard
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Content is pasted
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After copying something, the clipboard seems to always have a blank entry on
the top no matter what. If I delete it, it gets back in the next second.
