            Bug ID: 405441
Summary: [Feature request] ability to select the icons to be in
the center or the left of the widget area
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: master
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Icons-only Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: paclarushtao...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY

Request for an option in the settings to put the icons in the middle or the far
left of the space occupied by the task manager

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unlock widgets (if necesary)
2. open the icon-only task manager settings
3. An option to select the aligment of the icons should be there

OBSERVED RESULT
The task manager (either icon or the normal one) are basically a flexible
spacer that contains the task manager, but it's only positioned at the left of
the spacer

the only way to put the icons on the center is to put a spacer at the left of
the task manager, but it quickly dealigns if one opens or closes more windows,
either by fixing or unfixing that flexible space. Also that does not allow to
get them to the far right, because the icons get squeezed and diminish in size
as soon as more windows open.

EXPECTED RESULT
An option to select where in the "spacer" the icons should be, relative to the
space or to the panel, should be present

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I know Latte dock offers a similar option, but for me it is slow and it's also
depending on another external tool, instead of relying on native plasma
widgets.

Also, I think this is not a duplicate of #378033 because I also suggest the
option to select not only the center, but also the left of the widget area.
