Sqlite and all other user-specific files are stores under a user-specific dir,
typically ~/.local/share/kaffeine

$ ls ~/.local/share/kaffeine/
config.dvb  epgdata.dvb  playlistsK4  scanfile.dvb  sqlite.db

Those files should be dynamically created when you run Kaffeine. If they
weren't created, for whatever reason, it won't be able to store channel data.
