STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on dekstop, select "Configure desktop"
2. hover over on any wallpaper but your current one
3. click on trash button to remove the hovered wallpaper
4. click on "Ok" or "Apply" buttons
OBSERVED RESULT
wallaper removed in the step 3 is applied
EXPECTED RESULT
After wallpaper removing, "Apply" button should remain greyed out and "Ok"
button should close the window.
