Hey I get this problem even without having opened a KCM beforehand - if I open
up Desktop Behavior (in Icon View!) then close it and open it up again - every
time I open it up again (regardless of navigating to a different subsection) I
get a random heading.
(It always seems to start out with Activities help you to etc. though - I don't
know if that's relevant)
