on an app's page there appears a button saying "<null>" during installation. it
appears as soon as the transaction starts (e.g. is already there while auth is
requested) and eventually disappears when the transaction ends (either just
vanishes if the transaction failed or gets replaced by the launch button if the
installation succeeded)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to an app that isn't installed
2. click install
3. watch top right corner
OBSERVED RESULT
a null button appears
EXPECTED RESULT
no null button appears
