SUMMARY
After archlinux updated to frameworks 5.55.0 and KDE Applications 18.12.2
Dolphin and Krusader show the filetypes in hebrew instead of english
plasma translation in the language settings is 1. American English (Default) 2.
British English 3. hebrew
in formats region is set to en_IL and system locale is also en_IL

File Types are in hebrew
