I can confirm this bug on Arch Linux with Kontact 5.10.2 (See attachment). I
also found a similar report on reddit
(https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/aq8arx/unified_mailboxes_not_updating/).
The workaround from CnZhx also work.
